She designs and orchestrates transformations with the ambition to look beyond visible structures and systems. Like a creative acrobat, she effortlessly designs purposeful change processes with a strong focus on people and what drives their behaviour.

Thanks to her Master’s degree in Business Engineering and strategic experience in companies, she understands your business and the challenges it faces. Thanks to her Master’s degree in Change Management, she can draw upon a vast range of models and interventions to design your change process.

Lieselot holds a certificate of the Center for Evidence-Based Management (CEBMa).

Thierry is an enthusiastic and energetic facilitator who dares to challenge teams and individuals with a critical perspective. Whether facilitating strategic workshops, bringing together stakeholders, fostering leadership, or understanding and optimizing processes, Thierry thrives on helping individuals and teams bring out their best with a strong results-driven approach. Getting things done!

Thierry has, as a Master in Organizational Psychology, a broad experience in HR director roles.

Thanks to his certifications in both individual and team coaching, he has a versatile toolbox of interventions to tackle challenges, whether individual or team-based.

Faut le Faire is working on an independent basis. We develop journeys and interventions based on what we believe is serving the team and its purpose. We have no strings attached to specific models or methodologies, and each time again we choose out of a wide range of models in our suitcase. Evidence-based models, it is to say. Not because it is bon ton to work evidence-based, but because we practice what we preach and we have a certificate that proves we do.
